This dark, ruby red has aromas dominated by black cherry with early tobacco notes moderated by rose water. Big and lush, with round, medium-to-full-body tannins. Impeccably balanced with an excellent palate and rich tannins—definitely age-worthy, for 7-to-10 years. Serve with leg of lamb, souvlaki, grilled meats, sausages, steaks, roasts, and beef stew.

This wine has a deep ruby color. Aromas of cherries and dark berries jump from the glass of this rich, full-bodied and smooth Bordeaux-style blend. Cassis, cocoa powder, and a hint of black pepper fill the palate. Good acid and firm, round tannins assure this classically balanced wine’s ability to age gracefully for the next 7-to-10 years. Serve with hamburgers, roast lamb, beef ribeye, filet mignon, and roast duck.
